What we do

We help homeowners across Derby and the surrounding area get a free, no-obligation solar quote and system design from a trusted MCS-certified installer. You tell us about your property, we match you with an installer who covers your area and does that kind of work, and they take it from there.

What we don't do

We don't fit solar systems. We don't hold MCS, TrustMark, RECC, HIES, NICEIC or NAPIT — those belong to the installer who does your work, and any quote you receive will name them. We don't set prices, we don't promise savings or payback periods, and we don't sell your details to a list of companies who will then all ring you.

Why we know Derby roofs

Because it is the only place we work. Derby housing is mostly Victorian terraces, interwar and post-war semis, and modern estates, with clay tile and slate on the older stock, concrete interlocking tile on later housing. Derby's post-war semis tend to have shallow-pitch roofs, which changes the mounting detail and can make an east-west split array the better option. That is the kind of thing that decides whether a quote is any good, and it is why we would rather do one city properly.
